Day 6 – Workday and Chelsea market in NYC

Day 6 was all about diving deeper into our startup projects and finding our flow within the teams. By now, we’ve gotten used to commuting, working in different parts of the city, and juggling our projects. It’s starting to feel like real New York life.
Soraya spent the day working on social media tasks for the Swiss Consulate. She focused on cutting and editing videos, creating fresh content, and planning upcoming posts. It’s creative work, but also pretty fast-paced and she’s really getting into the rhythm of it.
Meanwhile, Alissa and Matias officially kicked off their project today. They had their first introductions, got a detailed overview of what they’ll be working on, and started with the initial planning and organization. It’s always exciting to see how an idea slowly starts to take shape, and they were full of motivation to get things moving.
On the other side, Abi, Gabriel, and Lara continued working hard on their startup’s website. They focused on design improvements, structure, and some of the technical aspects that make everything run smoothly.
After a productive day, we all met up again in the evening and decided to do something fun together. Our destination was the Chelsea Market. The atmosphere there was amazing. Full of people, smells, and sounds that make it feel so distinctly New York. We wandered around the food stands, grabbed dinner, and just enjoyed chatting and relaxing after a long day of work.
It was the perfect way to wrap up the day. Good food, great company, and that special NYC energy that never seems to run out. Each day here brings something new, and with our projects now in full swing, it really feels like we’re getting into the heart of our New York experience.
