After a busy morning, we went out for lunch together to recharge before the afternoon program. The highlight of the day was our visit to Citi Bank, where we got an inside look at how things work in such a large global organization. We had the chance to see the training floors, meet some of the employees, and ask lots of questions about their daily work, the company culture, and the career opportunities. Everyone was super open and friendly, and it was really interesting to see the connections between what we learn as apprentices and how those skills are used in the financial world.
