Day 20 – Working, the Edge and cheesecake

Day 20 was another productive and eventful day, filled with teamwork, creativity, and a mix of tech, marketing, and good food. The group split up to work on the startups. Soraya, Gabriel, Phillip, and Lara spent the day working on the Broadway website and the accompanying social media campaign. Meanwhile, Alissa, Abi and Matias worked on the shop website, optimizing product pages, and making sure everything was running smoothly. They made great progress throughout the day and were proud of how much the site had improved by the afternoon. Laurence focused on his own company project and finished his script.
After a productive workday, everyone was ready for some fun. In the evening, Alissa, Soraya, Gabriel, Phillip, Laurence, and Marius headed to The Edge, one of New York City’s most famous observation decks. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The city lights stretched endlessly below, and the group enjoyed taking photos and soaking in the skyline. It was a well-deserved moment to unwind and appreciate the city from above. Back home, Matias and Lara decided to bake a cheesecake.It was a nice, relaxing contrast to the busy city evening the others were having.
Dinner plans also split between the two groups. The ones who went to The Edge grabbed a bite at Shake Shack or a bagel spot, while Matias and Lara opted for Popeyes. By the end of the night, everyone had their own version of a perfect day, some filled with city lights and views, others with cozy baking and good food. It was another great balance of work, exploration, and fun, reminding everyone how much New York has to offer in every moment.
