Day 19 – New Beginnings and Familiar Evenings

Monday brought us back into routine as everyone headed off to their respective startups. The week started with one big change: Soraya began her new position at the Flanagan Group, along with Lara and Gabriel, after finishing her time at the Embassy. It was a different environment, new faces, and a new set of challenges, but she seemed eager to dive in and explore something new.
Meanwhile, Alissa, Abi, and Matias continued their work at SAYNT, Laurence his at GZA. By now, they had settled into the rhythm of startup life; daily check-ins, fast-moving projects, and the constant exchange of ideas. SAYNT’s focus for the day was refining the platform’s user experience and developing new ways to make the concept stand out in the luxury tech space. The long hours were starting to feel rewarding as their contributions became more visible. For Laurence, he finished normalizing the last few files for GZA.
After work, we met up again and made our way to the Yankees store, where everyone tried on baseball caps and browsed through the classic navy-and-white gear that feels so distinctly New York. From there, we drifted to SoHo for a bit more shopping, taking our time through the evening streets before heading home. We wrapped up the day with poke bowls back at the apartment, a quiet and satisfying end to another full day in the city.
